1. Payment

➤ Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Ko-Fi, and Boosty (PayPal preferred).

➤ I usually ask for payment upfront.

➤ Payment plans are possible! Just let me know to discuss terms. However, the final high-res piece will only be delivered once fully paid and your commission will be lower priortiy.

➤ Refunds are only possible before I start the sketch. Once work has begun, I will not issue a refund.

➤ You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

➤ Payments are done via Invoice. Do not send money randomly. It will not be accepted and refunded.

2. Workflow & Revisions

➤ Turnaround time is typically between 1 week and 2 months after the full payment is made.

➤ If there is a Deadline you are required to tell me. (Not less than 3 weeks!)(20$ Rush fee)

➤ Payment is done upfront, I proceed with the rough sketch, a detailed sketch, lineart, coloring, shading, and background (depending on the type of commission).

➤ After every change, I will ask for confirmation or revisions.

➤ Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. After shading, revisions will cost $10 per change.

➤ I will communicate any delays or issues transparently.

3. Privacy & Commercial Use

➤ Want your commission to stay private? I charge a 10% privacy fee. You must inform me before I start; otherwise, the art will be posted publicly (Without your name). If the artwork is a gift I can hold off on posting it for a while for free.

➤ Commercial use adds +50% to the final price. DM me to discuss terms.

➤ Rush orders add +30% and must be agreed upon ahead of time.

4. Usage & Copyright

➤ You always keep the rights to your character(s). I retain rights to the artwork itself.

➤ Feel free to redesign anything purchased from me as you see fit.

➤ Please do not claim the original artwork or design as your own unless you’ve significantly altered it.

➤ My art may not be used in AI training or datasets.

➤ I do not change my art style to mimic another artist’s work. If you are seeking a specific style, please support and commission the original creator.

➤ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

➤ I'll have right to upload finished picture to my galleries, use it for portfolio or potentially include in artbook. Finished pictures aren't going to be reused in any term, meaning I won't be recoloring or changing them after you receive final version.

➤ As an artist I remain right for some artistic freedom in term of general style and slightly adjusting colors for better fit. Important details are going to be unchaged such as design, patterns, body type. After work is finished you'll receive high-res and web view versions of art. On social media it's best to upload web one.

5. Watermark & Delivery

➤ I post artwork with large watermarks to prevent theft. Paid pieces come with a smaller watermark.

➤ You will receive full resolution files once the commission is fully paid.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

➤ How does the commission process work?
After you provide your commission details, I’ll create a rough sketch for your review. Once approved, I’ll request payment and proceed with a more detailed sketch, followed by linework, coloring, and shading (depending on the tier). Each stage will be shared with you for feedback. After final confirmation, the commission is closed and no further edits will be made.

➤ Can you mimic this other Artists Artstyle please?
No. If you want someone elses artstyle, please commission the original artist. I will not mimic other peoples Style.

➤ What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary depending on the type of artwork:
➤ 300x300 px for Discord emotes
➤ 2000x2000 to 5000x5000 px for character portraits
➤ 5000x3000 px for reference sheets
Resizing is possible upon request, though please note that excessive resizing may reduce quality.

➤ Can I request a payment plan?
Yes! Payment plans are available. Please message me to work out a suitable arrangement. Also you will only receive a heavily watermarked Version until full payment is done.

➤ Where can I find prices for stickers or Discord emojis?
Since pricing for these varies, please reach out to me directly to discuss your ideas and get a quote.

➤ Can you send me the PSD File?
I do not provide PSD files and I also do not provide Timelapses.
